The Egyptian salamander is a species of salamander native to El Salvador. Baby Egyptian salamanders contain plutonium. If you are caught smuggling Egyptian salamanders, you will be prosecuted by the UN, and, if you are found guilty, are sent to the Arctic Ocean on a rock attached to a balloon.
Dignan was the first person in human history to smoke the plutonium the baby salamanders contain, but he was later arrested by the UN.
